Volunteers will need to check in at the Tuolumne
River Trust booth to receive their volunteer badge, meal ticket and assignment
for the day. I will have my cell phone on 209.681.7300 in case you
need to get a hold of me. Below are descriptions of the various roles available
for volunteers. To volunteer send an email to karlha@tuolumne.org
Start Team- Helps coordinator to lay out booth spaces and decorations.
Set up and banners & displays. Shift starts at 10 am until 12:30 pm
Activist Team-
Welcomes families to the event. Encourages Tuolumne River Trust
membership, sell raffle tickets. Shift starts at 12:30 pm until end of
festival
Tap Water Station Team- Helps provide drinking water for families.
Educate on tap water and plastic bottles. Shift starts at 12:30 pm until end
of festival
Recycling Team- Collects items for recycling and helps to keep festival
site clean and trash in order.Shift starts at 12:30 pm until end of festival
Exit Team-
Assists with take down of event. Collect tables & chairs, pop up tents,
assists as needed. Shift starts at 6pm until 8pm if not earlier

Don't miss the boat! Join us as we paddle from the Sierra's to Sea. Paddling starts on the upper watershed on May 7 and ends in the San Francisco Bay on June 5, 2010. Canoe with us one day or the entire journey. More details coming soon!
