VOLUNTEER Support the Tuolumne River in more ways than one. Anyone wishing to become a part of the volunteer staff for the Trust is encouraged to do so. Take advantage of the Trust's upcoming volunteer opportunities: Mend the Bend Fall dates to be announced Join the Trust and its partners, the USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service, FishAmerica Foundation, and the East Stanislaus Resource Conservation District in celebrating the restoration of the Big Bend project on the Tuolumne River. Volunteers are needed to help plant cuttings of native cottonwoods and willows. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to tour the site, learn about project goals, speak to the landowner and project partners, and learn about river restoration. Bell Meadow Monitoring Other ways to get involved: Lend your help to our San Francisco office by cataloging our media articles, data entry and other administrative assistance. Spread the word about the Tuolumne River by tabling at events and festivals to educate communities about the Tuolumne River and the Trust.
