Growing up in Colorado, Ellyse has been immersed in the wilderness from a young age and is lucky to explore the outdoors as an office and a playground. She primarily focuses on field work related to forest health treatments through implementing reforestation work, site inspections, monitoring, and mapping. Her enthusiasm for the natural world motivates her passion for environmental stewardship. In her free time she is often off backpacking out to high mountain peaks and alpine lakes and enjoying the solitude of nature.
