Volunteer Day: Gumball Trail (Groveland Trail Heads mountain bike trail building project)

This volunteer day is one of the 13 events we are hosting throughout the season. We will work to maintain 30 miles of hiking trails and to naturalize 10 miles of unauthorized motorized trails in Stanislaus National Forest. Project days may involve trail clearing, tread repair, trail building, and minor rock work.

These efforts will not only maintain and create beautiful trails for us humans to enjoy – they will also help restore long-term ecological health, and provide critical habitat for wildlife in the region.

We will provide the projects, the tools, and the plan – all we need is YOU!

To join, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator Shawn Matthews shawn@tuolumne.org and stay tuned for more details!
