Nicole comes to the Tuolumne River Trust with more than 25 years of non-profit, and for-profit experience specializing in fundraising, marketing, program design/management, and organizational leadership. For the past decade, Nicole has been both an Executive Director and Director of Development increasing capacity, program, and organizational growth while being an advocate focused on conservation, equity, and education. Nicole’s passion is growing organizations by supporting employee growth, encouraging diversity of opinions, and creating a culture of trust. She deeply believes in bringing communities together around meaningful causes. In Nicole’s free time, you will find her open water swimming, kayaking, or enjoying the outdoors along the California Coast or in the Sierra Nevada.
