Donor-advised funds (DAF) are the fastest-growing charitable giving vehicle in the United States because they are one of the easiest and most tax-advantageous ways to give to charity. 

When you contribute cash, securities, or other assets to your donor-advised fund and direct your DAF to the Tuolumne River Trust, you can take an immediate tax deduction. Funds in a DAF are invested for tax-free growth, enabling you to give more than you might have been able to otherwise. Many of our donors find they can give more generously when they donate through their DAF than if given cash. That generosity means we can achieve more and advance our mission further faster.
