Floodplain Restoration
The riparian habitat and wetlands that support the largest diversity of wildlife in California have been all but eliminated locally due to development and agriculture.
To address this issue, we are contributing to the largest contiguous riparian habitat restoration initiatives in California.
We have completed projects such as Dos Rios, Big Bend, and Dennet Dam Removal.
Tuolumne River Parkway
Since 2000, we have worked alongside community partners to revive the lower 52 miles of river and watershed through the creation of the Tuolumne River Parkway — a collection of 25 projects that provide critical habitat for wildlife and places for people to enjoy and learn about the river.
